Ratings and Reviews
We’ve improved the ratings and reviews capability of Nav-to-Net. The process is more streamlined with features that can be modified for B2B or B2C webshops. For B2C websites, customers trust other customers. They want to be heard. User reviews are proven sales drivers and the majority of customers will consult these before making a purchase decision. The enhanced functionality will make it even easier to get your customers to share feedback. We’ve changed the workflow and included more automation. Users will be able to see an aggregated result. For B2B websites, the ratings and review section lends itself to more “expert” reviews. You can moderate these comments before deciding to publish them on your website. Find out more here.
